We are seeking an experienced Social Worker looking for a new challenge. Our dedicated Practice Managers are passionate, and we are eager to add to our team.

You will support our teams in managing workloads aligned with the Care Act, providing advice, maintaining high professional standards, and supporting staff development under the guidance of experienced managers.

As a Practice Manager, you will model and employ critical reflective skills to enhance practice. Our Social Workers support individuals in developing creative solutions to meet their outcomes.

We deliver high-quality, person-centered social care for adults, aiming to help people change and improve their lives daily through our talented teams.

You will:

  • Progress through training and development, with professional registration costs covered

You will have:

  • A Professional Social Work qualification and PQ Award with significant post-qualifying experience
  • Experience as a Practice Educator/Best Interest Assessor or Approved Mental Health Professional
  • Previous managerial or practice lead experience
  • Knowledge of current legislation and statutory requirements
  • Ability to support assessment and care policies for vulnerable adults
  • Positive staff support, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • A commitment to research and innovative practice
  • Ability to challenge and improve practice creatively
  • Leadership in fostering a positive learning culture
  • Resilience and adaptability to change
  • Enthusiasm, sensitivity, and motivation to make a difference
