Hatfields Liverpool JLR is seeking a Sales Executive to join our JLR team in Liverpool. You’ll represent an iconic brand and be supported by leaders invested in your success, with tools and training from day one to grow your skills and deliver exceptional experiences.

From the start, you’ll help customers find their perfect vehicle, become a brand advocate, and drive enquiries to convert appointments into sales, while offering complete packages with accessories, warranties and finance options.

Responsibilities

• Creating great experiences for our customers, from initial contact to helping them discover their perfect vehicle and driving away their new car
• Building knowledge and expertise on our products and services to represent the brand with pride and excellence
• Becoming a champion of the sales process, driving all new and used car enquiry leads and converting appointments into sales
• Delivering a complete, unique package to help customers maximise their purchase, upselling accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
