Here at Severn Trent, we’re looking for an experienced Brand and Campaigns Lead to advance our brand, proposition, campaigns, and creative strategy in this exciting next chapter for the company.
We want to better connect with our customers and build trust, which will inspire behavior change to benefit not just our region but our communities too. Working as an integral part of the wider Communications leadership team, you will bring experience and perspective to help us stay relevant to our customers today, while ensuring our success and familiarity for generations to come.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Primarily, we want you to be a creative and driven campaigns and marketing professional with experience in connecting customers with brands and a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
You’ll be a leader of leaders, managing 4 direct reports who themselves have up to 12 direct reports. You should have experience in team management, fostering both professional and personal growth and development.
We’ll want you to have demonstrable experience in developing campaign strategies, using data to drive decisions, and being robust in evaluation, while approaching campaign work creatively and innovatively.
Finally, you’ll need to be resourceful! Not all campaigns have large budgets for reach and impact, so you’ll need to think differently and innovatively, and be an excellent collaborator.
