The Role and the Team

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand & Campaigns Lead to join our growing Brand & Communications team within Marketing. You’ll play a key role in driving member awareness, engagement and revenue growth through the development and execution of high-impact brand and marketing campaigns. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring creativity, leadership in cross-functional settings, and data-driven decision-making.

Our Marketing team is the driving force behind our brand and member engagement, connecting with the Blue Light community in meaningful and impactful ways. We don’t just promote – we inspire, engage, and build lasting relationships and memories.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for key commercial moments like Black Friday, Member Days and product launches
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to activate co-branded campaigns that align with member interests and deliver mutual value
  • Own the brand proposition, development and guardianship, and develop new product and service positioning
  • Oversee the creation of content and wider marketing plan ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Leverage member stories and testimonials to create compelling narratives that drive campaign success
  • Refine strategies for improved campaign outcomes, monitoring KPIs such as engagement, share of wallet and revenue
  • Implement A/B testing to optimise messaging, visuals, and formats across platforms
  • Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks to streamline campaign execution
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and promoting a results-driven culture

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience developing and executing brand strategy andmanaging high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a cross-functional set-up, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods
  • In-depth understanding of Above-The-Line (ATL) marketing, with a track record of planning and delivering high-reach campaigns across channels such as TV, radio and OOH
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
  • A data-driven approach with experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with co-branded marketing and partner activations or experience in affiliate marketing and loyalty program promotion would be desirable
  • Knowledge of PR integration within campaigns to maximise reach and impact would be an advantage
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities to drive the brand and business forward
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, and ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
