Naked Wolfe is seeking a Head of Brand to be the right hand to the Co-Founder and Creative Director in Central London. You will translate the creative vision into campaigns, launches and moments that feel unmistakably Naked Wolfe across online and IRL touchpoints.

The role requires at least 3 years in a senior brand position within fashion or luxury, a track record of moving brand heat and sales, and strong leadership of creative teams and agencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Head of Brand, Brand Director or equivalent senior role in fashion, footwear or luxury
• Proven record of launching campaigns and products that moved brand heat and sales
• Experience managing creative teams and external agencies
• Strong taste with attention to detail and understanding of social and community culture
• Organised, decisive and calm under launch pressure
• Office-based role in Central London, five days a week

Responsabilités

• Lead campaigns and product launches from brief to delivery, owning timelines, budgets and results
• Own brand voice and tone across social media, email, website, packaging and community channels
• Manage and develop the in-house creative team, setting priorities and providing clear feedback
• Brief and manage outside creatives: agencies, photographers, stylists, videographers and PR
• Guard creative consistency across all touch points and assets
• Plan and deliver IRL activations with wholesale partners: pop-ups, events and store takeovers
• Build and run the annual brand and marketing calendar aligned with product drops
• Report on brand and campaign performance and growth
• Own the marketing budget and agency spend with monthly reporting
• Write and maintain a brand book for consistency across freelancers and partners
• Oversee PR and press relationships or define ownership with others
• Collaborate with ecommerce and paid media to connect campaigns to site and ads
• Set KPIs for content output, engagement, influencer ROI and events
