Job summary

dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Creative & Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced interior design client on a maternity cover contract, starting ASAP until December 2027. You will set the creative vision, lead a team and still dive into daily execution.

You will take the lead on creative output, from brand development and campaign assets to photography, retouching and content creation, while coordinating studio workflow and ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial creative/marketing experience — ideally within interiors, retail or product-led brands.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Strong photography and retouching skills; DSLR experience (Canon).
• Experience with Shopify & PIM; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Rush & After Effects.

• Lead and inspire the creative & marketing team.
• Create standout print and digital marketing assets.
• Direct product & lifestyle shoots and oversee photography workflow.
• Photograph and retouch products and lifestyle content.
• Manage studio workflow and high-volume image assets.
