Brand and Proposition Assistant Manager - F&F Clothing, Welwyn Garden City

Join Tesco UK as a Brand and Proposition Assistant Manager at F&F Clothing, located in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. This role is part of the Brand & Marketing team, supporting brand strategy development, propositions, and innovative packaging solutions to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Support strategic brand planning and growth pipelines for clothing categories.
  2. Assist in creating insight-led concepts and propositions aligned with strategic plans.
  3. Collaborate with Product, Packaging, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of propositions and adherence to brand guidelines.
  4. Work closely with the brand manager and buyers to understand packaging needs, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  5. Create clear briefs based on business needs and develop packaging guidelines for cohesive branding.
  6. Monitor customer and market metrics to identify trends and inform future strategies.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to support brand initiatives.
  8. Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the Brand & Proposition Manager.
  9. Ensure compliance with Tesco’s Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and due diligence.

**Minimum Skills and Experience:**

  • Ability to translate customer insights into compelling propositions and familiarity with the 6Ps of marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Basic knowledge of brand strategy and innovation processes.
  • Commercial awareness and budget management skills.
  • Experience in a brand or marketing role, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused with enthusiasm for brand and marketing innovation.
