Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve targets and deliver customer experience.
• Lead brand ambassador initiatives and support store operations.
• Recruit, interview and coach team; drive performance and training.
• Drive store performance through data analysis and KPI focus.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
