Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Brand Ambassador at our Cannock store. You will lead the team on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and drive store performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, implement company initiatives, and foster an inclusive culture focused on clienteling and personal development. The role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Can bend, reach, stretch and lift to move product and fixtures as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Mentors team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
• Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; enforces company policies.
