Job summary

The Works Stores Ltd. in Kenilworth is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant for a 12 hour contract. You’ll be the face of our brand on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and helping customers discover products that spark creativity and joy.

You’ll proactively engage with customers, start friendly conversations and make helpful recommendations from our product ranges. You’ll keep the store well-stocked, tidy, safe and welcoming while supporting your teammates.

Responsibilities

• Support with deliveries, stockroom organisation and product availability.
• Follow all operational procedures, including health and safety and loss prevention.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet store targets and KPIs.
• Be a brilliant brand ambassador - positive, professional and passionate about what we do.
• This role involves using stairs, handling deliveries and moving stock.
• As a Keyholder, you’ll open/close the store and assist with cash handling.
