BRAND AMBASSADOR – FRAGRANCE (MULTI-BRAND)

THIS ROLE WILL WORK ACROSS 2 STORES: BOOTS BULLRING AND BOOTS HIGHSTREET IN BIRMINGHAM.

PART-TIME, 3 DAYS A WEEK (22.5 HOURS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Brand Ambassador's main goal is to meet sales targets within their account by delivering excellent customer service and execution.

Candidates should have a strong sales background, preferably with experience in the fragrance industry.

Your main focus includes:

• Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Leading by example as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand equity, and adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
• Building strong relationships with in-store teams and retailer staff.
• Using iPad for email, reporting, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Building customer relationships to influence, sell, and upsell.
