Job summary

Orlebar Brown is seeking a Sales Advisor to form long-lasting relationships with clients and reflect our Feel Summer values. You will be a true ambassador of the brand, welcoming customers and driving sales through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with our customers.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Always presents a professional image and be an ambassador for the OB brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop long lasting relationships with OB clients to promote ‘Holiday Better’.
• Welcome customers with an outgoing personality to enhance their experience.
• Maintain clientelling tools and follow up with customers beyond the shopfloor.
• Work as part of a team to ensure retail operational excellence and great client care.
• Attend regular training sessions on seasonal product launches to keep knowledge up to date.
• Capture customer details to expand the OB customer base and encourage repeat visits.
