Job summary

Orlebar Brown is seeking a Customer Services Advisor (Concierge) to welcome global clients with a polished, luxury touch. You will respond via email, phone, and chat, guiding clients through resort-ready looks and ensuring seamless, personalised service.

Based in London with hybrid work (3 days in office), you will collaborate with the Head Concierge and global teams to deliver exceptional omnichannel support and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in customer service, luxury retail or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, adaptable tone.
• Calmly handle complex or escalated service issues.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems; Gorgias desirable.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple conversations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service across all channels.
• Assist with product selection, fit, styling, and lifestyle advice.
• Manage orders, deliveries, returns, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and Head Concierge for omnichannel service.
• Liaise with boutiques and franchise teams for consistent support.
