• Implement cross-selling among all categories to support brand awareness and ensure sell-out growth.

• Maintain an up-to-date customer database to build relationships and support future sales opportunities.
• Offer a unique customer experience by following Puig counter and selling protocols.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints, seeking assistance when needed.
• Acquire knowledge to enable effective storytelling.
• Use clienteling techniques and tools to connect with customers.
