As a Branch Supervisor based in Glenrothes, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations
• Building rapport with customers & suppliers, handling queries, and processing sales
• Serving customers on the trade counter, providing advice and product knowledge
• Handling warehouse duties: goods in & out, picking, packing, and merchandising

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:

• Previous industry or merchant experience (desirable)
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and step up to run the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers and suppliers
• Sales or customer service experience
