Our Branch Supervisors are vital members of the store management team, sharing responsibilities across key areas and deputising for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader when needed. They are natural team players, enjoy taking responsibility, and are confident in resolving everyday challenges positively while maintaining excellent customer and colleague relations.

As a Branch Supervisor, you will be a key-holder, often opening or closing the store, ensuring store standards are maintained, and the store remains safe and compliant with legal requirements. You will motivate the customer service team to deliver professional, friendly, and enthusiastic service at all times, leading by example in food preparation, food safety, stock management, and customer service.

While previous supervisory experience in retail, especially in grocery or food-to-go, is advantageous, we are interested in candidates with excellent customer service and team-working skills.
