Role Overview

As a Branch Supervisor based in Bishops Stortford, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations
• Building rapport with customers & suppliers, handling queries, and processing sales
• Serving customers on the trade counter with advice and product knowledge
• General warehouse duties: goods in & out, picking and packing orders, merchandising

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with varying hours and Saturday mornings on a rota basis, with overtime paid at 12 noon.

• Are willing to learn and collaborate within a small team, stepping up in the absence of the Branch Manager
• Have excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers and suppliers
• Have proven experience in face-to-face sales or customer service
