• DBS check: Enhanced DBS required.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to run the branch smoothly during shifts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
• Ensure branch operations are safe, compliant and well-documented.
• Manage cash handling, cash lifts, and stock checks according to procedures.
• Coach and develop colleagues, monitor performance and provide guidance.
