Job summary

Raymond James UK in Southampton is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations and governance, ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence for clients and colleagues.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager, lead a team of Investment Managers' Assistants, manage facilities and client administration, and support continuous improvement across processes and controls in wealth management.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Maths & English) or equivalent qualifications.
• A-Levels or further education desirable.
• Experience in wealth/investment management or office management preferred.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and regulatory requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth day-to-day operation of the Southampton office and governance activities.
• Provide high-quality client administration support, onboarding, and documentation.
• Lead and coach Investment Managers' Assistants; manage workloads and performance reviews.
• Coordinate branch projects, process improvements, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Produce monthly branch reports and support performance tracking.
