LKQ is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our Southampton-area branch. The role blends delivery driving, warehouse tasks and frontline branch support to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional customer experience.

You will be part of a close-knit team, handling deliveries, stock movements and customer service at the trade counter. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and good organisation, with a full UK driving licence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving, warehouse, or branch support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with handheld devices and basic IT is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring great service.
• Support warehouse operations and stock handling.
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist with stock takes and inventory procedures.
• Assist at the trade counter and with Click & Collect where needed.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles clean and compliant.
