£££££Basic, up to £35,000 High OTE, flexibility, adult environment, Car or Car allowance - Based in Peterborough

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a business with a reputation of being a great company to work for and an opportunity to take over an established, profitable, and stable branch.

If you would like to work for an agency which has been established for many years with continued growth, a unique boutique feel, and an environment that encourages building long-term relationships with clients, then this could be the perfect role for you.

You should already be working as a Perms or Temps Recruitment Manager in the Transport/Logistics or Driving sector of recruitment. However, successful candidates from other recruitment sectors will also be considered. While being a Recruitment Manager involves sales, this company prefers a consultative approach to relationship building and business development, so a loud/noisy sales approach would not be suitable.

You should be a dynamic self-starter, enthusiastic, determined, and eager to develop your career. This is a client-facing role, and you will also be expected to lead from the front in developing business for your section.
