Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a Branch Manager for the Sevenoaks branch to drive growth, lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will develop and implement strategic plans, manage key accounts, monitor KPIs, ensure service standards, and collaborate across branches to enhance performance. The role offers visibility, leadership development, and a chance to shape local operations.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive growth and profitability.

• Performance Monitoring: Track sales, profitability, and KPIs; ensure SOPs, safety rules are followed.
• Collaboration: Work with other branches, support functions and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Data Utilisation: Use data to create reports for planning, budgeting and performance insights.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop branch colleagues to meet targets and foster a strong team culture.
• Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint customer activities.
