Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager (Engineering/Logistics) to take full ownership of a high-profile site in the Wellingborough area. You will lead operations, manage P&L and budgets, drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, and coach a large team serving multiple key customers.

Qualifications

• Proven site/branch or operations leadership experience.
• Strong financial understanding, including P&L and budget ownership.
• Engineering, logistics or manufacturing background.

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations, safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Own daily P&L, budgets, KPIs and operational performance.
• Drive productivity, capacity, continuous improvement and cost control.
• Lead, coach and develop teams while managing key customer relationships.
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm with flexibility required.

Branch Manager (Engineering / Logistics)

£80,000 - £85,000 + 30% Bonus + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits

Ideally Located: Wellingborough, Northampton, Kettering, Rushden, Bedford, Corby, Milton Keynes

Are you an accomplished Branch Manager from an engineering, logistics or manufacturing background, looking to take full ownership of a high-profile operation and make a genuine impact across the site?

On offer is an autonomous senior leadership role where you will have the freedom to shape site performance, drive a safety-first culture and lead a large team supporting multiple high-profile customers.

This well-established organisation operates within a fast-paced technical environment, delivering high-quality services to a varied customer base within the telecoms industry. It continues to invest in its people and operations, offering a stable platform with genuine scope to improve performance and make an impact.

In this days-based role, you will take control of day-to-day operations, with full responsibility for the P&L, budget and KPI delivery. You will optimise productivity, capacity and cost control, maintain quality and on-time delivery, and coach your team to consistently raise standards.

The role would suit a commercially astute leader who can think strategically, balance competing priorities and build trusted relationships with customers and employees. You will be confident solving problems quickly and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
