Are you an experienced Driving Recruitment Manager? Looking for a new challenge?

We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to work for an industry-leading, dedicated Driving Recruitment Agency based in Swindon. The successful candidate will take over the day-to-day management of the existing team and develop the business further. The agency supplies a multitude of clients, from on-sites to smaller SMEs. With a clear growth plan, now is a very exciting time to join the business.

Job Function

1. Effectively manage the existing team of driving consultants
2. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure aims and goals are being achieved
3. Ensure effective candidate attraction and retention in the driving sector
4. Identify and win new business opportunities
5. Maintain and grow existing business relationships
6. Take full responsibility for the P&L of the branch
7. Ensure that strict compliance procedures are followed

Person Specification

• Proven experience in recruitment with knowledge of the Driving sector
• Sales-oriented and results-driven
• Up-to-date with current recruitment legislation and driving compliance
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally
• Motivated and demonstrates leadership skills
