Access Garage Doors LTD in Watford seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Watford branch, oversee daily operations, support a small team and ensure excellent customer service.

The role offers a £38,000 salary with a performance bonus, a company car and mobile, generous holiday allowance, pension and healthcare, plus full training in a stable, long‑established company.

• Previous management, supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues

• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and order management systems
• Able to lead by example in a hands-on working environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 7.30am -5pm
• Saturday: 9am – 12.30pm on a rota basis
