Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking a Branch Manager for its Croydon branch. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure high service levels while driving growth and operational excellence.

The role requires prior management experience, strong customer service, excellent organization and communication, and a commercial mindset. A full UK driving licence is essential, and the package includes a competitive salary with bonus and a company car.
