Fulfords in Totnes is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will value and list properties, build local relationships, and foster professionalism and progression. The role offers an OTE of £50k with uncapped commission and clear career paths within Connells Group.

Your Role:

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Totnes residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
