Job summary

Connells Group in Tadley is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our flagship Gascoigne-Pees offices. You will take ownership of the performance and growth of our Guildford residential sales team, while remaining hands-on with valuing and listing properties.

You will motivate and develop a high-performing team, drive instructions, revenue and sales, and maintain a strong local market presence with excellent pipeline of business and industry-leading training.
