Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Windows & Doors covering Northampton and surrounding area. You will drive field sales to installers, builders, contractors, merchants and showrooms, selling PVC-u and aluminium windows and doors.

The role targets turnover of £800k–£1m and offers £35,000–£40,000 base, uncapped commission (£1,000 p/m achievable) and a fully expensed hybrid company car with full benefits.

Competenze

• Experience in field sales to trade customers (installers, builders, merchants).
• Proven ability to grow market share and achieve targets.

Mansioni

• Drive field sales to installers, builders, contractors, distributors and showrooms.
• Sell PVC-u and aluminium windows and doors to trade customers.
• Aim for turnover of £800k–£1m and maintain strong relationships with buyers and housing associations.

Area to be covered: Northampton (50 miles)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 negotiable + uncapped commission (£1,000 p/m easily achievable)

The role of the Area Sales Manager Windows & Doors will involve:

Trade field sales position selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors

All of your time will be spent selling to the trade via; installers, builders, contractor, distributors, merchants, buying groups, showrooms and housing associations

Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £800k - £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Windows & Doors with:

Must have sales experience in the construction sector

Ideallywithin the fenestration, windows & doors sector however open in terms of what building products youve sold

Would consider working in a branch looking to get into first field sales role as long as worked within the fenestration industry

Driven, target focussed and a team player
