Job summary

JDP is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Leeds/Bradford branch. You will drive sales and footfall while maintaining strong health and safety practices and delivering excellent customer service.

You will head a dynamic team, focusing on operational excellence and a customer-centric approach. The role requires experience in branch operations, a passion for learning our products, and a proven ability to motivate staff.

As an independent merchant/manufacturer, JDP offers you the opportunity to make a real difference. We are looking for someone who is driven to boost sales and footfall in branch, but also with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety too.

You’ll lead a dedicated and dynamic team, all committed to delivering high-level customer service.

Qualifications

We want to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager (or an assistant looking to advance your career) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with a passion for learning our products.

You should have experience leading a small team, be sales-focused, understand branch operations (including health and safety), and be customer-centric.
