Booker, the UK's leading food and drink wholesaler, seeks a Wholesale Store Manager to lead a team in optimizing store operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess retail experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction. Looking for a career in Wholesale Store Management? We are currently seeking self-starters with a sound operational understanding of store management who are comfortable making decisions while maintaining compliant and safe operations.
Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will involve leading a team to ensure that your branch trades efficiently, safely, and within legal constraints, while offering the highest customer service standards. You will be dedicated to customer satisfaction, take pride in your work, have a proven track record of managing a team successfully, and possess an enthusiastic attitude with a drive to excel.
From day one, you can expect to be entrusted with real responsibilities, working within a supportive team to meet customer needs effectively.
To succeed in this role, you should have retail or wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background. Familiarity with operational procedures, a successful track record, and a proactive attitude are essential.
