We are expanding into providing tuition support to Local Authorities across the UK, focusing on children in care who need high-quality teaching. This role offers significant responsibility and autonomy to shape our team and product, making a meaningful impact. As a young company, your role will be pivotal in our growth.

Responsibilities

• Launch the Tuition team and define our go-to-market strategy
• Drive the commercial success of Tuition in London, including building pipelines with Local Authorities, securing PSLs, delivering tuition services, and recruiting tutors
• Collaborate with the product team to develop and scale our platform to disrupt manual processes in the industry
• Manage commercial targets, build relationships with school leaders, and upskill teams
• Coordinate with team leaders to design and implement effective campaigns
• Provide line management to Account Managers

Success KPIs

• Year-over-year revenue growth of Tuition in London
• Growth of LA contracts in London
• Expansion of Tuition services into new markets
• Increase in platform adoption of Zen Educate features
• Effective marketing and outreach to attract tutors, schools, and SEN staff
• Resourcing efficiency and candidate placement success

Requirements

• At least one year of management experience with direct oversight of more than two team members
• Understanding of challenges in providing tuition for children in care, with a passion for solving these issues
• Experience in either commercial or school leadership, with proven success
• Rapid career progression and enthusiasm for further growth
• Solution-oriented mindset, team player, and awareness of the importance of collaboration
