Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for an independent brokerage based in North London. Operating on a UK wide basis providing apersonal service to all of their client’s, focusing on Taxi and Motor Insurance.

They are a fast-growing private hire broker and an exceptional opportunity has arisen where they are looking for a Branch Manager.

This role will only suit you if you are motivated, can demonstrate leadership skills & are hungry to succeed, if you’re looking to step up and make your mark and take a more senior role. This is a high performing and busy branch and you need to be able to hit the ground running. This is a very big opportunity and they are not shy about rewarding the right individuals in the long run and they are happy to discuss progression routes in the future.

  • Achieving and surpassing, sales and profit margin targets
  • Providing complete Customer Satisfaction by promoting and develop the awareness of TCF.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of branch presentation is maintained.
  • Managing, motivating and developing staff to build a successful, effective team.
  • Maintaining a high standard of performance, personal presentation and discipline within the branch.
  • Ensuring branch personnel comply with all aspects of FCA regulations

Skills and Experience required:

  • Proven people management skills and/or supervisory experience
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Must have MOTOR insurance experience, ideally private hire but not a requirement .

Competitive basic salary up to and around £35k with OTE of £40k plus Pensions and other staff benefits.
