Wolseley Group in Tower Hamlets (E14 7BN) is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Plumb Centre team. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive exceptional customer service and ensure KPI delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary plus £5,500 car allowance, uncapped quarterly incentives and extensive benefits. You’ll nurture talent, build relationships with suppliers and customers, and steer the branch toward

As a Branch Manager based in Tower Hamletts, you’ll be responsible for

• Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
• Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
• Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch
• Take a hands‑on approach to branch management, supporting all areas of the business and leading by example to ensure operational excellence.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
