Job summary

Jewson in Edinburgh is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Ratcliffe Terrace branch, driving sales, service and profitability while upholding high safety and compliance standards. You will develop a high-performing team, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and manage stock, KPIs and daily operations in a busy builders' merchant environment.

We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our thriving Jewson branch in Edinburgh Ratcliffe Terrace, EH9 1SX.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, and every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day running of the branch, driving sales, profit and customer service.
• Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver high performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers and grow new business.

• Ensure high standards of health, safety and compliance.
