Johnson’s Dry Cleaners, part of the Timpson Group, is hiring a Branch Colleague in Bristol (Inside Bedminster Asda). This permanent, part-time role offers 24 hours across 3 days, with weekend work and occasional overtime. Starting salary £26,520 per year, rising to £26,624 after a successful trial, plus uncapped weekly bonuses.

You will support the branch manager, follow company policies, and deliver excellent customer service while training on the job to grow with Timpson.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused role in retail or hospitality.
• Must be able to cover multiple branches in surrounding areas.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport are required.

Location:Bristol ( Inside Bedminster Asda )

Job Type: Permanent -Part Time - 3 days per week 24 hours split over 3 days, flexibility needed over 7 days as we are a retail business

Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum, increasing to £26,624 per annum following a successful trial period. You also have the opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus

Hours: 24 hours over 3 days, including weekends, with some overtime available when trained.

Job Description:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to assist the manager in the day-to-day running of the branch. Within this purpose the job holder will ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company policy and practice, and ensure an excellent service is provided to all customers at all times. .

Lack of experience is not an issue for us, as every single colleague is given in-depth training from their very first day. You’ll be walked through exactly how things are done, as we offer a fun, valuable learning experience that quickly teaches you the new skills you’ll need to succeed.
