Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Branch Business Manager to act as the local face of the Business Banking proposition across Leeds, Middlesbrough and Newcastle. You will build trusted relationships with business customers, introducers and community networks to identify and progress opportunities.

These permanent, full-time roles (35 hours per week, Monday–Saturday) require strong relationship skills, regulatory awareness and a passion for helping local businesses thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer outcomes in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and understand customer needs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a wide range of customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout their relationship with Nationwide, from onboarding to everyday servicing and more complex needs.
• Own the customer journey to ensure good outcomes and connect customers with the right support and products.
• Develop connections with business customers, introducers and community networks to identify and progress opportunities.
