Job summary

Hydraquip is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Trade Counter Assistant to join our Enfield branch. You will serve customers at the counter and by phone, process orders and quotations, and help with stock picking and packing.

• Serve customers at the trade counter and by phone/email.

• Picking, packing and receipting stock.
• Assisting with hose assembly and basic workshop tasks.
• Supporting stock control and branch administration, with scope to take ownership as the role develops.
• Promoting Hydraquip products and services where appropriate.
• Maintaining a safe, organised branch environment in line with H&S standards.
