Job summary

HYDRAQUIP HOSE & HYDRAULICS is seeking a customer-focused team member for our branch, handling trade counter and inbound inquiries. You’ll assist customers, process orders and quotations, and help with stock control and packing tasks to ensure smooth operations.

You will contribute to promoting Hydraquip products, maintain safe and organized branch conditions, and develop skills through full training and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers at the trade counter and by phone/email.
• Processing orders, quotations and customer enquiries.
• Picking, packing and receipting stock.
• Assisting with hose assembly and basic workshop tasks.
• Supporting stock control and branch administration, with scope to take ownership as the role develops.
• Promoting Hydraquip products and services where appropriate.
• Maintaining a safe, organised branch environment in line with H&S standards.
