Location: D8.2, Forest Court Industrial Estate, Main Ave, Pontypridd CF37 5UR

If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, then this role is for you. Based in our RS Local Watford Branch, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Working alongside our dedicated branch team, you will split your time between communicating effectively with trade customers at our branch to help them find what they need and managing stock and inventory. Full training will be provided; a can-do attitude is all you need to succeed.

What you will be doing:

As a Branch Assistant, you will report directly to the Branch Manager.

You will provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, building strong relationships, resolving inquiries, and advising on delivery options and dispatches. You will also handle some warehouse and stock management tasks, including picking and packing.
