Job summary

SIG Insulation & Drylining is seeking a Branch Administrator for its Oxford branch. You will support the daily running of the branch, handling invoices, stock checks and order processing, while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to keep processes running smoothly.

The role requires organised, proactive individuals with strong administration and communication skills. A collaborative team environment and opportunities to develop within the SIG branch network are offered.

• Process invoices, credits and occasional customer orders.
• Run daily stock and delivery reports and manage stock uplifts.
• Support stock ordering and returns process.
• Maintain accurate records and filing in line with GDPR.
