Join Our Team – Female Support Worker (Northampton)

We’re currently recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our team and work alongside our client in Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in complex needs or brain injury care who is looking to make a real impact in someone’s life. Due to the nature of our client’s needs, this position is open to female applicants only (in line with the Equality Act 2010).

Working hours:

• Weekdays: 06:30 – 08:30 (Monday to Friday)
• Up to three after-school sessions per week (4 hours each)
• One 4-hour session on Saturdays (alternating Saturdays can be considered)

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting our client in all aspects of daily living, with a focus on promoting as much independence as possible. You’ll work closely with the client and their family to provide consistent, person-centered care in a home and community setting.

Requirements:

• Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
• Experience with complex needs or acquired brain injury support
• Full UK driving licence
• Genuine passion for supporting others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, committed, and flexible
