Brainkind in Milton Keynes is seeking a Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker to help adults with brain injuries regain independence. You will be trained through a full induction, with coaching to develop essential daily living skills and personal confidence.

No prior care experience is required. The role involves supporting residents at TEM House and in the local community across activities like crafts, sport, and leisure, with flexible hours and opportunities for part-time or full-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to adult residents following individual plans.
