Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Brabazon Bar outlet, overseeing daily operations, coaching a large team and ensuring exceptional guest service. You’ll drive revenue, control costs and collaborate with the kitchen on menus and beverages.

Base annual rate starts at 35,000 with service charge, plus ongoing development through Belfry Campus and in-house training. Applicants should bring hospitality leadership experience and a passion for elite guest experiences.

Job description

Leading the overall outlet and day-to-day operations including managing the team, ensuring high quality service, and maintaining a high standard of guest experience.

• Recruiting, training, and supervising a large team and management whilst providing ongoing training and coaching to meet operational goals
• Building a culture of outstanding customer service setting high standards for service quality and striving to exceed guest expectations
• Take full accountability for all financial aspects of the outlet, including budgeting, cost control, and maximising profitability
• Implementing strategies and innovation to improve efficiency and revenue generation
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop menus that align with customer preferences and market trends whilst developing the beverage products and offer
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety, licensing and other legal requirements to maintain a safe environment for both guests and customer
• Overseeing stock control, including monitoring stock levels, minimising waste, and managing supplier relationships
• Proven experience leading a large volume food and beverage and/or bar outlet
• Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate the team
• Ability able to think critically, solve problems quickly and act with agility
• Effective organisation and multitasking skills
• Collaborative and the ability to work well within a team environment
