Anthropologie in London (Coal Drops Yard) is seeking an in-store team member to engage customers, drive selling culture and deliver a seamless shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding sizes/colors, place orders when items aren’t available, and contribute to maintaining the store’s visual standards.

The role emphasises teamwork, knowledge sharing, and participation in store initiatives to boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment (not required).
• Awareness of Anthropologie brand and local market.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers with personalised conversations to create a welcoming experience.
• Supports selling culture across the sales floor by connecting with customers and suggesting products.
• Provides seamless omni-channel service, helping customers find sizes, colors and placing orders when items aren’t in store.
• Builds productive relationships with peers and shares product knowledge and trends.
• Contributes to in-store initiatives and helps maintain Anthropologie's visual standards.
