Job Title: Boutique Manager

We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

About the Client: Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces. They are ranked among the top brands globally and have experienced significant growth driven by innovation and heritage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10 staff
• Manage CRM processes, events, and clienteling
• Drive sales and customer service excellence

Compensation: Basic salary between 50-55K with uncapped commission. OTE based on current store performance is approximately 65-70K.
