We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique located in London's luxury shopping district.
Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces. They are ranked among the top brands globally and have experienced significant growth driven by innovation and heritage.
You will lead a team of 10 staff members. The basic salary for this role ranges from £50,000 to £55,000, with uncapped commission. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) based on current store performance is approximately £65,000 to £70,000.
Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury retail sales management, and be proficient in managing CRM processes, events, and clienteling.
