We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.
Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.
You will lead a team of 10 staff. The basic salary for this role is between £50,000 - £55,000 with uncapped commission. The OTE (On-Target Earnings) based on current store performance is approximately £65,000 - £70,000.
Our ideal candidate will be skilled in luxury retail sales management, capable of managing CRM processes, events, and clienteling.
