We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked amongst the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10 staff
• Manage CRM processes, events, and clienteling
• Drive sales and enhance customer experience

• Proven ability in people development, team motivation, and leading a positive performance culture

Compensation:

• Basic salary: £50,000 - £55,000
• Uncapped commission
• On-target earnings (OTE): £65,000 - £70,000 based on store performance
