Job Opportunity: Boutique Manager

We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

You will lead a team of 10 staff. The basic salary for this role is between £50,000 - £55,000 with uncapped commission. The On-Target Earnings (OTE), based on current store performance, is approximately £65,000 - £70,000.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in luxury retail sales management, with capabilities in managing CRM processes, events, and clienteling.

We are looking for a manager who is trend-aware, with a proven track record in people development, team motivation, and leading with a positive performance culture.
